Dialogue: How Do We Actually Think Together?
Dialogue is where preparation becomes shared work. Speak from your own experience without assigning motives, ask questions whose answers could genuinely change your understanding, and create the next step together. Good dialogue does not require agreement. It can produce greater clarity, a decision, accountability, repair, a boundary, or even clearer disagreement—something useful that the participants could not have reached by rehearsing their positions alone.
